Drive With Us
As a PH Group truck driver, your primary responsibilities will involve a mix of tasks, including the loading, unloading and transportation of freight, vehicle inspections, and preventive maintenance. You’ll be planning routes, meeing schedules, handling hazmat documentation, and complying with DOT rules and regulations. You’ll maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions, secure loads, and report any defects, accidents, or violations and you will be working as part of a dynamic team. This role operates on rotational schedules, with average shifts approximately 12-hour shifts. Expect overtime after 40 hours.
Key Requirements
- Valid CDL-A with tanker and hazmat endorsements
- A minimum of 3 years proven work experience.
- Winter driving experience.
- Clean driving record with no recent moving or driving violations.
- Experience with manual transmissions - 13 or 18-speed.
- Ability to work/drive long hours and travel regularly.
- Proficiency in English - spoken, read, and written.
- Must pass pre-employment Drug/Alcohol testing.
